　　Responsibilities:

　　Hire and Lead a team of Technical Product Managers, to design, develop and deliver the first version of our Core products.

　　Set main product design principles for the TPMs, and make sure that their product designs are compatible with it.

　　Act as a mentor to the TPMs helping them to make sure that roadmap is well prioritized and aligned with the growth product plan.

　　Own the Core product strategy, and make sure that roadmaps are connected together to make sure that growth teams are able to use a full functionality out of all products.

　　Collaborate with head of design, growth product directors to contribute to the main product strategy.

　　Create an environment where individuals are inspired to do incredible work, building trust with them and across the organization.

　　Qualifications:

　　6+ years of product management experience or equivalent and +4 years managing product teams.

　　Experience building and leading Core products - including experience working on API-based products; experience in the e-commerce/retail/payments industry or working on global products is desirable.

　　A work style that uses data to make informed decisions.

　　You have led teams that have contributed to high impact and technically complicated products for your company.

　　A proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to influence the product roadmap and the organizational structure.

　　Experience establishing organization-level goals and translating them to teams across multiple products to create remarkable impact.

　　You implement and lead processes that solve difficult problems and influence across a collection of products.
