　　The position is for an outdoor groundskeeper at two off-site facilities. You will rotate travel to each of these facilities every other day. The two campuses are located in Dearborn and Farmington. Each campus has tools and a utility ATV to assist you in your work. Work for this position will be performed outdoors. This position is full-time (minimum 40 hours) and year-round. Candidates for this position must have a reliable form of transportation to get to each of these facilities. The normal work week is Monday-Friday 7 am-3:30 pm.

　　Pick up loose debris on lawns and landscape bedsEmpty outdoor trash receptaclesRemove weeds in flower and landscape bedsIdentify and fix lawn or landscape areas that need attentionMaintain flower bedsKeep yard signs, flags, and other signage organized and straightenedKeep curbs and sidewalks free of dirt, debris, and trashPerform other grounds maintenance tasks as indicated by on-site managerWorking Conditions:

　　Outdoors in all weather conditionsThe individual hired for this position is expected to dress appropriately based on weather conditionsGloves and safety glasses will be provided as needed
