Rate: $15.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

　　Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base hourly rate.

　　We are seeking a groundskeeper at our two neighboring apartment communities totaling 251 units in Irving!  Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. 　　Requirements

　　Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

　　Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

　　Ability to work independently and as a team member

　　Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

　　Responsibilities

　　Walking the property grounds and common areas

　　Picking up trash and debris

　　Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies

　　Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
