　　Principal Accountabilities

　　Must be able to rotate and perform all positions: Pepperoni Line Operator, Gravy Operator, Brine Operator, Spice Room, Mixer Operator, Jack Driver. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, mixing, scales and drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment

　　Ability to operate the IPFS system

　　Work on the production line as needed

　　Cross-trained within department as needed

　　Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties

　　Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales

　　Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product

　　Ability to read specs

　　Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity

　　Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills

　　Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone

　　Required Qualifications

　　Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

　　Must be 18 years or older

　　Able to lift 50lbs

　　Ability to work flexible hours and or shifts

　　Must have good basic math and reading skills

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Previous production/farm experience

　　Previous Cargill experience

　　Work history in the past 12 months
