**Job Title: Grind Operator

　　Responsibilities: Able to grind pars according to the print specifications and able to follow inspection procedures. Able to read work instructions and make a visual inspection of parts for cosmetic defects. Must be able to comply with all safety and environmental regulations. Must be able to complete work orders associated with the job, assuring that it is accurately completed prior to moving to the next operation. Able to understand and follow all verbal and written instructions. Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. Able to work with handheld air tools and hand files as required. Able to grind both steel and aluminum materials.

　　Physical Requirements: Ability to safely handle parts up to 35 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. May be asked to perform other tasks within reasonable exertion limits to assist other shop personnel. High school education is desired but not mandatory.**
