　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Be both a technical and managerial leader for the team.

　　Define and implement upon various graphics tests and test strategies for compiler.

　　Show strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities and a real passion for working with cutting-edge technologies.

　　Be hands-on in graphics SW development.

　　Collaborate with engineering teams, program and product management, and partners to ensure product requirements, goals and objectives are met and exceeded.

　　What we need to see:

　　B.S. or M.S. in computer science or equivalent experience.

　　10+ overall years of experience in the software industry with specialization in graphics application development.

　　3+ years in strong technical leadership positions.

　　Strong understanding of SW development life cycle and tools.

　　Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python.

　　Experience with DirectX, OpenGL/Vulkan, HLSL/GLSL.

　　Ways to stand out from the crowd:

　　Familiar with NVIDIA GPU products.

　　Experience with revision control software and management tools, such as Git, Perforce, JIRA, Confluence and Make.

　　Familiarity with statistical analysis tools for identifying and isolating out-of-bound behavior.

　　The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
