　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team in Springfield, Virginia!

　　JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

　　Design and create graphics to upload to SharePoint

　　Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like

　　Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.

　　Communicate and coordinate across multiple offices to create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver strategic messages.

　　Define requirements, visualizing and create graphics including but not limited to illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, course materials, web pages, etc. Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project.

　　Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and working closely with SME’s, plan concepts by studying information and materials, and obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout of approval. Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.

　　Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

　　Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

　　Review final productions for errors and ensure final product reflect client specifications.

　　Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.

　　Use innovative solutions within time constraints.

　　Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work, presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients.

　　Use digital illustration, photo editing software, layout software, and other graphic design tools available to create visuals.

　　Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate visuals with clients.

　　Good presentation skills and confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.

　　Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.

　　Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.

　　Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

　　BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Minimum 2 years of experience AND a certificate and/or bachelor’s degree or higher in graphics design; OR + years of experience in graphics design with no degree

　　Communication skills

　　Must be able to look at their work from the point of view of their consumers and examine how the designs they develop will be perceived by the consumer to ensure they convey the client’s desired message

　　Must be to create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to clients and consumers. Produce rough illustrations of design ideas, either by hand sketching or by using a computer program

　　Attention to detail

　　Must be able to use specialized graphic design software to prepare designs.

　　Must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers and develop unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning on behalf of their clients.

　　Must be able to multi-task

　　Experience with Adobe Master Collection CS5 graphic design software and designing products for print and web publication.

　　Experience in identifying creative ways to display complex information in an easy-to understand, digestible way.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Experience with coding and website designSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

　　TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a PolyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
