Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in the Non-Profit sector, located in NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will use their proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to contribute to our team's efforts in creating compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and social media posts

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling design solutions

• Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create and edit designs

• Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and promote the organization's mission

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service

• Maintain and update customer records accurately

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed

• Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience

• Provide input and suggestions to improve the design processes and output. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign

• Knowledge in PrePrinted software

• Experience in providing excellent customer service

• Understanding of how to enhance customer experience

• Willingness to learn and grow within the non-profit industry

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• High degree of creativity and innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)

• No specific requirement for years of experience, open to both entry-level and experienced candidates

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
