　　Performs routine respiratory care procedures in the acute care, critical care and outpatient environment; perform respiratory care assessments and diagnostic testing procedures associated with respiratory care under routine guidance.

　　Nights 7pm - 7am** Respiratory Therapist Sign On Bonus Eligibility Requirements:

　　The sign on bonus is available for full-time Respiratory Therapists.

　　Current full-time or part-time VUMC staff or former full-time or part-time staff who have worked for VUMC within the last year are not eligible for the bonus.

　　• Airway Establishing / Manual Resuscitation (Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with airway establishing / manual resuscitation.

　　• Ventilator Management (Fundamental Awareness): -Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with respiratory patient assessment and evaluations.

　　• Respiratory Therapeutic Procedures (Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with respiratory therapeutic procedures.
