Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Primary ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision perform the following:Set up, maintain, and update cost control budgets, actuals, and forecasts within Worley's cost control systemUpdate and monitor deliverable earned progress data and reportsMaintain engineering and services staffing plansCalculate and report variances, performance, and other project metrics*Create/maintain Primavera P6 schedule portfolioAssist in the development of resource loaded schedules from project plans, updating progress throughout the project executionActively manage cost forecasts; raise, and facilitate the trend process; updates forecast and cost flowCommunicates with project team, receiving regular status and forecast updatesReviewing and validating data with discipline leads for cost reporting data, incurred costs, earned value and forecastsManaging vendor budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecastingSupporting project change processes by helping create and track project deviation notices and variationsReviewing vendor and subcontract invoices against contract term and customer invoicing requirementsTracking and maintaining overtime and personnel authorization forms and logsManage project accounting and financial information within Worley's financial systemResponding to ad hoc requests and inquiries, as required
What you will bringTechnical and Industry Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fieldsMinimum 0-2 years of experienceProven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to develop and maintain collaborative working relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsInnovative individual with a pro-active, analytical approach to problem identification and resolutionKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
