　　Job Description:The Construction Management Career Development Program (CDP) is a 2 to 3-year rotational program designed for entry-level Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Construction Technology graduates.  While on the program, Career Development Participants (CDPs) will build professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their strengths and areas of interests as they drive their career forward.
