Job Description:The Construction Management Career Development Program (CDP) is a 2 to 3-year rotational program designed for entry-level Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Construction Technology graduates. While on the program, Career Development Participants (CDPs) will build professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their strengths and areas of interests as they drive their career forward. The program consists of a variety of positions; with each rotation being 12-months in length.Assignments may include but aren't limited to:On-Site Global Construction Support (US)Construction Requisitions System SupportConstruction Project Coordination and Work ProcessesPre-bid and bid phase CoordinationQualifications:B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Management Technology or similar major.Graduating in December, May/June or August, 2024, or a recent graduate within the past year.Strong academic performance; minimum 3.0 GPARelevant work experience is a plus - prior co-ops or internships, and involvement in campus activitiesMust be eligible to work in the U.S. permanently without needing sponsorship now or in the future.Locations (Potential):Must be willing to relocate to any location with openings and have the ability to travel within the United States while in the current rotation.PA-AllentownTX- HoustonLA - Baton Rouge/New OrleansCA- SouthernEligibility:Must be eligible to work in the U.S. permanently without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
