They must also ensure that safety rules and quality procedures are strictly followed.Essential Functions and Responsibilities1. Team leaders must have strong leadership skills, and are expected to direct, control, correct, and motivate the members of their team to achieve efficiency.2. Work with management to plan and control activities.3. Train new workers4. Devise strategies that would help reduce production cost and increase production5. Enforce safety rules6.
