QPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.

Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate hand and power tools- Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, work orders to determine assembly instructions- Perform daily housekeeping and cleanliness procedures- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment, as necessary

Assembler Requirements:- Ability to read blueprints- Ability to do basic math- Ability to read, write, and understand and interpret instructions- Lift 50lbs or less- Must pass drug screen- Work in a team with others- Follow instructions and take direction- Follow personal protective equipment policies- Work in manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes- Fast-paced environment with moving objects, sharp edges, and congested work area- Push, pull, kneel, reach overhead, grasp, and lift to 70lbs
