　　The Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, a private family-oriented club located in one of the nation's fastest growing communities, is looking to grow its team.

　　POSITION SUMMARY: Operation of triplex mowers, Operation of Bahia mowers, Operation of assorted tractors with attachments, Conduct minor repairs and adjustment on maintenance equipment. Job duties are not limited to those listed, they include any other tasks assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant.

　　Hours for our Full-Time positions:

　　Monday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Perform all duties of this position and the Laborer position

　　Operates triplex style riding mowers to maintain tees, greens, collars and approaches

　　Mows Bahia and rough areas throughout course using rough mowers

　　Perform all cup cutter duties; cut cups, move tee markers, clean restrooms, remove trash, change coolers

　　Takes control of the bunker crew, instructs in proper maintenance: raking, edging, mowing, washout repairs

　　Grease and make minor adjustments to all assigned equipment

　　Clean equipment daily and assist in cleaning the maintenance facility areas

　　Reports all equipment problems or failures to the equipment technician

　　Practice facility maintenance including- mowing, topdressing divots, weed eating and other duties

　　Wear all required safety equipment as designated by supervisor and safety officer

　　SKILLS & ABILITIES:

　　Ability to walk extended periods of time

　　Ability to safely and efficiently operate midsize powered equipment and tractors

　　Ability to perform work to the meet company's standards and quality

　　Ability to maintain the basic operation of equipment

　　Ability to follow oral and written directions Willingness to work as part of a team to help others complete their duties

　　Ability to work with other employees efficiently and effectively

　　Ability to follow worker safety guidelines as directed by the department supervisor

　　WORK ENVIRONMENT: Golf Course, outdoors; exposure to elements, dust, grass clippings and uneven terrain.
