Global Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for creation of the supply plan, ensuring business goals are achieved.
Drive timely and accurate supply communications.
Partner with the IDC team to determine and execute an optimal fulfillment of the supply plan.
Partner with the Category Sourcing team to define business splits and to ensure product catalogs are accurate.
Recommend how to improve supply planning systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency and scale.
Assist with implementation and adoption of new capabilities in supply chain.
Work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools and metrics to improve supply visibility and accuracy.
Support supplier flexibility strategies.
Ensure supply plan is in alignment with forecasted spend.
Ensure Purchase Order accuracy and on time delivery: measure, report and action to improve delivery performance.
Provide supplier operational performance inputs for supplier business reviews.
Identify and mitigate supplier risks through PO Management, Lead Time analysis, and supplier management.
Publish build plan to suppliers, monitor lead times and track production schedules against plan, proactively managing all deviations and mitigating risks to meeting the supply commitment.
Proactively identify supply risks and drive manufacturing and operations improvement through vendor capability assessments and streamlining supplier processes to mitigate disruption.
Monitor geopolitical market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities.
5% international and 15% domestic travel required.
