Job Description:
As a strategic partnership manager in dental education, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry, such as dental schools, associations, organizations, and companies. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure that both parties are meeting their objectives and expectations. You will also provide strategic guidance and support to the partners, monitor their performance, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Research and analyze potential partners in the dental education sector, using data-driven methods and market insights
Develop and execute on a strategy to reach out to prospective partners, pitch the value proposition, and establish rapport
Negotiate the terms and conditions of partnership agreements, ensuring that they are fair, profitable, and aligned with the goals and vision of both parties
Manage and oversee the implementation and execution of partnership agreements, coordinating with internal and external teams and stakeholders
Provide regular feedback and reports to the partners, evaluating their progress, performance, and satisfaction
Identify and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the partnership and create more value for both parties
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with the partners, fostering trust, loyalty, and collaboration
Handle any issues or challenges that may arise in the partnership, resolving them in a timely and professional manner
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the dental education industry, and leverage them to create new opportunities or improve existing ones
Job Requirements:
University degree in medical field, or business or marketing, or related field
Previous experience in dental field is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in business development, or sales in the dental industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of the dental education sector, its challenges, opportunities, and best practices
Passion for advancing dentistry and improving oral health
Willingness to travel as needed
Proven writing and editing track record.
Highly proficient communicating in English particularly in written format.
Generation of clinical-based communications materials.
Attention to detail.
Proven project management experience.
