About Global Services Manager

  Internal Title: Global Services Manager

  What you can expect

  You will be responsible for driving growth of our Services revenue. We build strategic partnerships with our Zoom Account Executives in order to present the value of Professional Services to our customers. This candidate will be comfortable presenting and discussing our Services to all levels of a customer's organization.

  About the Team

  As a member of the Zoom Services Sales team, you will empower customers to live the flexible solutions we provide for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

  What we’re looking for

  Experience working within a Professional Services or SaaS Business Sales environment.

  Experience within Unified Communications or telephony industry

  Be able to present the value of Zoom Professional Services for the entire Zoom platform

  Be able to work with Account Executives and the customer on discovery sessions

  Be able to create implementation pricing and statements of work (SOW) based on discovery sessions

  Be able to work with the Delivery team to assist in project kick off

  Experience using Salesforce to track, build, maintain and forecast opportunity pipelines

  Experience in selling within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success

  Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

  Minimum:

  $123,200.00

  Maximum:

  $197,100.00

  In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

  Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

  We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
