About this Role
As a Global Data Process manager you will be responsible for :
Owning the template processes for Master Data in MDG and the necessary interfaces-Operate as functional design authority for the master data integrationElaborate and approve solutions in MDG and S4 related to Master Data in strong collaboration with D&T and other master data generating system ownersImplement designed data solutions in all relevant markets, for functions and Global Business OperationsSupport the usage of defined master data process templates, controls the usage by defined KPIsBe a member in the Change Control team, managing the change demand and continuous improvementsDecide on global deployment in strong collaboration with the global data councilPropose global/ regional roadmaps in strong collaboration with the Global Data Council setting a common framework plan for all markets and functionsResolve cross-regional/ cross-functional escalations and prepares decision papers to the GDCApply the program management methodology including reports, quality gates and KPIsResponsible for the supervising of the master data process documentations and the data policyStrongly collaborate with all involved functions and markets regarding the E2E data process alignmentPermanent contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive efficiency and reduce costs and complexityDrives continuous improvements of data processesDrives fit gap analysis during projects, identifies gaps to the template and supports the projects as plannedSupports the Data Factory
Leadership Responsibilities:
The candidate will have strong leading contributions regarding Master Data Processes in projects and continuous improvement processes.The candidate will have the ability to influence big parts of the organization regarding the implementation of the future data processes and systemsThe candidate needs to act as a change manager, contributing to the implementation of a strong data driven business
Cooperation (communication, collaboration, and coordination):
'Cross-regional cooperation (close cooperation with subject-matter experts in the markets)Cooperation in the Business Processes Data Owners in order to ensure E2E process designStrong collaboration with the global and regional GPOsStrong collaboration with external providers (consultancy and maintenance)
Required Skills:
IT or Business Process / Data Expert background combined with minimum 10-to 15 years of practical experiences required (preferable university degree in informatics, engineering, mathematics , economics or comparable )Analytical thinking and logical understanding required (understand numbers, data , data modelling, end to end modelling)SAP MDG, SAP MD, knowledge required (certification beneficial ) SAP experience 5-7 yearsGood understanding of Business Processes and Key-and Risk performance indicatorsExcellent Communication skillsBusiness process knowledge from various industries beneficial
