　　Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality control framework across all business units and regions, focusing on end-to-end data processing.

　　Lead a team of data quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement in data quality practices.

　　Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders, both client and internal, to prioritize data quality initiatives, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives

　　Data Quality Audits, Metrics and Reporting,

　　Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Define data quality standards, policies, and best practices specific to the staffing industry.

　　we expect

　　Proven experience (5 years) in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role, focusing on end-to-end data processing.

　　Proven people management experience.

　　Proven experience in a similar function, ideally working with cloud platforms.

　　Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
