About the role
If you are a dynamic and motivated individual looking to play a global role in growing some of Global Lubricant’s biggest and most exciting customers, then this opportunity within the PLM team of GKA Marketing could be for you.
The Global Key Accounts (GKA) business is home to around 60 of the most strategically and materially important global accounts within Global Lubricants, delivering consistent year-on-year growth, and around 650 M USD C3, > 700 SKUs, and over 800 ML per annum.
The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities, specifically portfolio and label management, are critical in delivering this business efficiently and successfully.
As a GKA Product Artwork Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing labels for the selected Global Key Accounts.
Responsibilities
• Scope: Global – 80 markets. Manage label portfolio for around 600 SKUs – 4 - 8 accounts
• Ensure all packed product SKUs in the personal scope have labels available for use that meet the customers' and the legal and fiscal requirements.
• Engage our key customers within scope concerning artwork development and label changes
• Independently prepare and manage label content for Genuine Parts Oil and Co-Branded products
• Manage label change requests triggered by customer visual identity updates, regulatory or supply chain changes
• Work closely with the Account Marketing Manager, Product Stewards, Global Account Manager, and Customer
• Maintain excellent relationships with material scheduling teams and PLM to coordinate label change priorities and new product introductions.
• Resolve HSSE/Legal/Regulatory disagreements with the help of Product Stewardship and Legal
• Align printing and packaging requirements with 3rd party suppliers coordinated with Production Artist and Contracting
Skills & Requirements
• Deliver high-quality work in tight timelines by managing your own time and tasks effectively
• Experienced in working virtually in a multicultural environment
• Proven excellent project management skills to deliver multiple projects of different sizes and complexity.
• Create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• You must be organized, diligent, and ready to work hard in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Customer 1st Mindset and experience working with customers
• Proven record of working in a customer-driven, dynamic environment
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Being process-driven and improvement-focused, knowing some of the Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Willingness to develop within the business by getting familiar with how we operate
This role is for maternity cover with a fixed assignment length of 18 months.
