Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a change agent, by leading and driving sustainable change in a cross-functional environment, enabling measurable improvements in key operating metrics, including but not limited to on-time delivery, productivity, customer on-site date stability, and lead time.
Use Lean methodology to identify problems, prioritize improvement opportunities, and implement meaningful change to create a sustainable impact.
Advocate for - and management of - the adoption of process standardization strategies across global installation teams, monitoring the progress and effectiveness of these strategies, and adjusting them as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
Own process and capability roadmap globally, closely partnering with Segment and Region stakeholders to create value, global alignment and standardization.
Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the
Bachelors (or international equivalent) degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations
7+ years of experience working in operations, supply chain or project management
Willing to travel up to 50% of time
Mastery of core lean principles including: Value Steam Mapping, Standard Work, Daily Management and Problem Solving
Proficient in verbal and written English
Desired Characteristics
MBA or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain or Operations Management
5+ years of experience leading and problem solving across project management field teams
Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural team. have
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization
