　　The Talent Acquisition team globally typically hires 12,000 to 14,000 associates a year across sales, marketing, engineering, clinical, functional, and manufacturing roles within more than 70 countries. As the Global Employer Brand Social Media Specialist within the team, you will help further build out BD’s Employer Brand Social Media efforts to attract and retain top talent to the organization across the globe.

　　Main responsibilities will include: ​

　　Responsible for creating and publishing content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed, to grow audiences, build brand awareness, and ultimately, support top of the funnel recruitment marketing efforts.

　　Working closely with HR and TA Leaders to understand the recruiting and talent attraction opportunities across various regions, segments, and units – and then developing actionable goals to support through social media content.

　　Proactively identify approaches to promote the BD Employer Value Proposition (EVP) on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor and Indeed, and maintain a steady cadence and consistency in communicating what we offer as an employer of choice.

　　Identify, gather, and write associate stories to share what it is like working at BD to populate LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, bd.com/career site, or other marketing channels. Collaborate often with Corp Communications for alignment.

　　Work with EB Team to evaluate Social Media metrics and prepare quarterly reports to share to various stakeholders and leaders.

　　Stay up-to-date on latest social media best practices and emerging technologies (e.g., Chat GPT)

　　Understand and adhere to BD external communications approval process for content.

　　About you

　　Must have excellent written and spoken English skills to support global conversations and connections across the BD organization.

　　Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in employer brand social media or recruitment marketing. Experience working cross-regionally or globally with teams, a plus.

　　Must have strong attention to detail and strong relationship/partnerships building skills.

　　Must have excellent writing and editing skills for short-form and long-form content needs.

　　Proficiency in using Microsoft Word suite, including Word, PPT, Teams, Canva, InDesign, and other graphic design tools a must in creating social posts.

　　Must be a team player with the ability to move quickly on an array of projects, as requested, while exhibiting good judgment in a fast-paced, growth environment.

　　Results-focused, with strong analytical and reporting skills and the motivation to drive for improvements. Must embrace a growth mindset.
