Aspen Medical is regularly requested to provide medical teams and associated support services to humanitarian and natural disaster emergencies. To ensure we can respond quickly to such requests, we maintain a pre-credentialed Global Emergency Roster of specialists across a broad range of clinical and non-clinical roles.
Some of our more recent programs have included supporting evacuees from Afghanistan, staffing a UN hospital in Somalia, providing rapid response teams to Sierra Leone, Papua New Guinea, and Yemen, and providing emergency staff supplementation in the USA, UAE, and across the pacific during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as supporting the Australian Defence Force during flood and fire evacuations.
