　　We are currently looking for a Global Operations Controller who is responsible for support of the Operations organizations across the globe, with a key focus on driving actions to reduce costs, improving working capital, lead and participate in global improvement projects (incl ERP implementation). A diverse and challenging role with the opportunity to grow and develop, impact the bottom line and work with a wide variety of senior stakeholders in a dynamic and fast passed organization.

　　This position is part of the Finance organization and will report into the FP&A director and will be located in Delft (Netherlands).

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Develop critical skills and behaviors that drive personal growth

　　Business partner with VP operations, local operations managers and procurement teams across the globe to drive business performance and improvements.

　　Lead and improve the visual management to drive visibility, meaningful analytics, key actions and delivery

　　Work on following topics Working capital, Inventory management, Procurement, Product costing, Capex with associated reporting requirements

　　Participate and lead global process improvements and simplification of above topics.

　　Perform analytics, build and roll out reports using Excel or PowerBI

　　Support the global FP&A organization with budgeting and forecasting duties as needed

　　The essential requirements of the job include

　　Bachelor /MSc in Finance

　　5+ years experience in finance with demonstrated advancement and preferably in a manufacturing/production organization.

　　Pro- active - Self starter

　　Ability to effectively partner with and influence senior level cross-functional teams (VP’s, Ops Managers/GM’s, Directors)

　　Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

　　Affinity with data modeling, analytics and systems
