Geospatial Intelligence Analyst, SeniorKey Role:Analyze a variety of geospatial information and intelligence relevant to thethreats facing space-related systems, assets, and resources critical tothe nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations. Lead orparticipate in studies in coordination and collaboration with the IntelligenceCommunity (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD), as needed. Provideadditional analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports, asneeded. Manage program and project implementation and make significantcontributions to organizational goals and planning efforts.
Basic Qualifications:-3+ year of experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis,collection requirements, operations, or tasking, collection,processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes as asource throughput analyst, source strategies analyst, or collection andrequire-Experience with commercial and national space-based collection systems andimagery formats, and GEOINT software tools such as ArcGIS, SOCET GXP, QTModeler, and ENVI-Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors andcapabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures-Knowledge of geospatial collections processes, including CollectionsRequirements Management and Collections Operations Managementand GEOINTCollection processes, geospatial information systems (GIS), orgeospatial data and analysis-Knowledge of GEOINT foreign disclosure and release processes-Ability to analyze and exploit synthetic aperture radar, multispectral,electro-optical, and thermal imagery-Ability to exploit and manipulate geophysical data sets and employ them inanalysis and to produce tactical and theater GEOINT products-Ability to work independently and as part of the team to manage competingdemands and changing priorities to support GEOINT priorities-TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with GEOINT International Affairs strategy, mission, policy,and procedures-Experience in working with a Disclosure and Release office on data or contentrelease decisions-Experience with national-level GEOINT data repositories and libraries,including Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services-Experience with developing requirements for GEOINT systems-Knowledge of GEOINT Integration Programs-Knowledge of IT architectures-Geospatial-Intelligence Proficiency Level-I (GPC-I) and Level-2(GPC-II) Certification for Geospatial Intelligence or GIS-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred-Associate's degree
