Founded in 1993, MTSI today has employees at over 20 offices and field sites worldwide.For more information about MTSI, please visit .ResponsibilitiesMTSI is seeking a Configuration and Data Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to be responsible for management and control of configuration and data management processes necessary to maintain Configuration Management (CM) and Document Control for an Air Force Life Cycle Management Center customer at WPAFB, Ohio. The individual shall apply knowledge of the fundamentals of configuration and data management to support numerous projects and programs, maintaining adherence to Government documentation management processes and procedures to control and track documents and provide traceability throughout the product life cycle.Duties to be independently executed include but are not limited to:* Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) requirements.* Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of business management and configuration management processes and software.* Participate in government reviews/meetings/working groups as applicable and in government and industry teams for the resolution of complex configuration management issues.* Assist in Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities* Review/develop/update applicable program documentation for configuration/data management relevant requirements.* Review program-unique specifications to include system specifications, development specifications, and product specifications for both hardware and software, for proper format, content, and compliance with program requirements and appropriate standards; process requires for nomenclature and requests for Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINs); and track the requests through the appropriate government agencies for responding back to the customer.* Support the configuration control function, to include receipt, dissemination, processing, tracking, and final disposition of Advanced Change Study Notices (ACSNs).
