　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Harvesting cherries, apples, and pears Pruning of fruit treesTraining of fruit trees

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Three (3) months of agricultural working experience with tree fruit.Able to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.Are available to commit and work the entire length of the contract.

　　HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Contract period: February 18, 2024, to September 30, 2024.  6 hrs a day Monday-Friday and 5 hrs on Sat

　　SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: all piece rate work will be paid at the prevailing piece rate with a minimum of $19.25 an hour guaranteed.

　　Pears: Per Bin (47-inch X 47-inch X 24 ½ inch bin)

　　 * All Cultivations: $25.04 

　　Apples: Per Bin (47-inch X 47-inch X 24 ½ inch bin)

　　 * All cultivations $28.26

　　Honey Crisp: $31.76

　　Cosmic: $30.00

　　Pink Lady: $30.00  

　　The payroll period shall be weekly.

　　The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies and personal protective equipment required in the performance of the specified work.

　　Employer provided housing/kitchen facilities are available for employees who are unable to reasonably return to their place of residence the same day.
