Hiring production workers in Pittsburg, CA paying up to $26/hr!!
Description:
1) To ensure a safe work environment, know and practice all plant policies and company safety standards, rules, and procedures. Correct all unsafe conditions in your work area as soon as possible. If you cannot correct an unsafe condition, notify the Fabrication Coordinator immediately.
2) Complete all module fabrication operations including bundle preparation, tubesheet formation, module assembly, patching, coating, drying, testing, and shipping as directed by fabrication Coordinator. Perform QC on raw materials using gel timer.
3) Interact with PLC’s to gather data and evaluate process operation. Be aware of acceptable operating ranges for all critical process variables and notify Fabrication Coordinator as soon as possible of any deviations from standard operating conditions.
4) Be aware of regulatory requirements for hazardous waste handling, air permits, and spill reporting. Notify fabrication Coordinator immediately of any deviations from permit conditions.
5) Be able to recognize when fabrication equipment requires repair or maintenance and communicate this information to Fabrication Coordinator for inclusion on the maintenance list.
6) Identify cost saving, quality, or safety improvements opportunities in the module fabrication area and communicate these opportunities to Plant Manager using a process improvement from.
7) Work with Fabrication Coordinator and plant support engineers to develop standard operating procedures and to revise existing procedures as required. Assist with training of new operators.
8) Communicate process information in logbooks for evaluation by other operators, Fabrication Coordinator, and plant support engineers. Participate in monthly communication meetings.
