　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson's disease

　　Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients

　　Clinical care of Neurology patient

　　Standard outpatient call only, no hospital call required

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology

　　Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

　　Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

　　New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is $284,306 to $414,001 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
