　　40 Hours a week.9 :00 - 5:00 Mon through Friday. Some weekends mandatory with over time pay.April 15th though November 1

　　RequiredHigh School DiplomaGeneral maintenance backgroundBasic Electrical knowledge i.e. 120VAC 220VAC Single Phase circuitsBasic Plumbing knowledge i.e. well systems, pumps, filtersAbility to read instructionsAbility to run a trimmerAbility to run a chain sawAbility to drive machinery like forklift, large mowers, back up trailers, excavator is a bonusMust be able to lift 50lbsGeneral auto maintenance i.e. change oil on a vehicles, tractor, and mowersBasic computer skills

　　Desired skills, but can train if needed:Certified Pool OperatorWaste Water Treatment Operator Higher pay if in possession of valid license.
