As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting various operational activities. Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $19.78 - $21.78 Starting

What's the Job?

Assist in fiberglass, welding, HVAC, painting, and general labor tasks, dependent on skill set.

Participate in assembly processes to ensure efficient production flow.

Support maintenance and repair activities as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What's Needed?

Prior manufacturing experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

Basic understanding of assembly and industrial processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Flexibility to work from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday.
