　　Description:

　　-Must have the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet expectations for required competencies including:

　　-Must be detail oriented and quick learner.

　　-Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

　　-Good communicator with ability to represent the company in a positive manner.

　　-Basic computers skills involving scanning work orders and looking up technique sheets.

　　-Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, & divide).

　　Skills:

　　Paint shop, prepping, painting, Paint prep, Industrial, Sanding, Production

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Aerospace Masking is preferred

　　General Standard education including the ability to read and write in English.
