About General Labor

　　Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd

　　Job Summary: General Labor may be assigned to any area, including Upholstery, Sand and Fill, Hand Trim, Kit Cut, and Composite Layup.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Read and understand written and verbal work orders

　　Follow detailed instructions

　　Communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor

　　Follow safety requirements

　　Perform 5S Requirements for work area

　　Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor

　　Work in a team environment

　　Be dependable

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Physical Demands:

　　Hand/finger dexterity

　　Visual acuity

　　Ability to lift/carry/push/pull heavy materials up to 40 lbs.

　　Ability to stand for extended periods of time
