Summary You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the FRIGATE PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS 515), of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS. Responsibilities You will develop test and evaluation strategies, plans, and resource requirements for Air Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Surface Warfare, Cyber Warfare Developmental and Operational Testing required for platform events. You will lead coordination of Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team meetings and work with enterprise to adjudicate actions, risks, and issues.  You will lead coordination of operational test modeling and simulation capability development, and track cost, schedule, and performance. You will lead Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) revisions and updates via iTEST, and coordinate inputs across the enterprise to include staffing approval process. You will support development of Live Fire Test and Evaluation strategies, planning, resourcing and execution and track cost, schedule, and performance of all activities to include Detail Design Survivability Report and Full Ship Shock Trial. You will have demonstrated knowledge of DoD and DON budgetary and financial management systems, and Federal procurement practices. You will prepare and present briefing materials, memos, and engineering assessments as required in support of Test and Evaluation activities and actions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer leading the development of warfare systems test and evaluation strategies, planning, schedule or performance to support program requirements. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
