The preferred location for this position is Winnersh, however, we can consider other locations across EMEA.
Main responsibilities will include:
This provides a general focus for the requirements of the role but is not exhaustive:
Global System / IT project LiaisonRequirements gathering from the Business on System improvements (GCS mgt / end-users)Work with US Centre of Excellence and GCS teams to implement system changes as required.Validation
Create & Maintain PQ scripts for System validation and user acceptance testing.
Execute PQ Testing and manage approval with project teams.
Training
The focal point for training in the systems department.
Develop new training for current Systems & manage maintenance of existing training documentation.
Assist with daily management of issue tracking and configuration requests submitted by the Business.Establish & maintain strong relationship with GCS Leadership.Ensure all relevant processes are performed per internal SOP's and Service documentation.
Adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols.
About you
Engineering/IT degree or similar relevant qualificationExperience of working in a regulated industry is essential.Experience in IT solution implementationExperience in working in multi-cultural environment and matrix organisation.Flexible attitude and ability to prioritize issues based on business impact.Pro-active; high-performing and results orientated.Ability to manage change and deal with associated challenging behaviours.Good presentation skills.Good skills in MS Office applications.Fluent in English, both oral and written.
