　　Large Utility has an immediate need in Jackson, MI for a Gas Measurement Engineer. This role entails acting as a project engineer for capital projects in the energy industry, focusing on measurement and mechanical design, technical expertise in equipment, and collaboration with internal departments. 　　responsibilities:

　　Act as a project engineer and project support engineer for capital projects.

　　Ensure proper measurement design and mechanical design.

　　Provide technical expertise in various measurement equipment.

　　Support installation, diagnostic, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment.

　　Coordinate with internal departments, including MR&C engineering, pipeline engineering, storage and compression engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Project Controls, Customer Account Managers, Customer Deliverability, Operational Technology, Gas Control, etc.

　　Skills:

　　Familiarity with Michigan Gas Safety Code.

　　Masters or other advanced degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field.

　　Energy industry background, including natural gas chromatography and metering equipment.

　　Knowledge of gas measurement equipment and electronic flow measurement.

　　Familiarity with codes such as AGA, API, PHMSA, and gas measurement codes.

　　Professional Engineering (PE) license.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, Arriba, and Measurement software.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.Required Qualifications:
