　　Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

　　In this role you will be expected to achieve and exceed set service goals. You should have thorough knowledge of Gas Chromatographs and also preferably Continuous Gas Analyzers, Shelters & Cabinets in order to undertake full responsibility of Service requirements at client sites.

　　Performing maintenance and servicing of the Maxum II Gas Chromatograph (GC) and Sample conditioning systems (SCS) at existing or new installed base.

　　Handle customer site independently for service requirements like Commissioning, AMC, shutdown and emergency maintenance, telephonic support and training.

　　Conducting Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT and commissioning of the Maxum II GC and SCS to guarantee successful operation.

　　Providing technical support for GC and SCS proposals, ensuring accurate and comprehensive knowledge is shared with stakeholders.

　　Conducting on-site visits for assess requirements for GC and SCS proposals, assessing technical and practical feasibility.

　　Delivering technical support to channel partners for Technical Bid Clarification (TBC) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) processes.

　　Preparing and sending offer requirements to factory for arranging quotes.

　　Coordinating project tasks through effective communication, collaborating with factory and customer to address technical clarifications as needed.

　　Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

　　You must have a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation engineering, Industrial Engineering, or its equivalent.

　　You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Analyzers with at least 4 years of experience with online Process Analyzers in the oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical industry, or related industries.

　　You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and working experience in various analytical chemistry techniques (especially Gas Chromatography).

　　As well a strong understanding in key oil and gas, petrochemical or refining processes and their associated analyzer applications

　　You should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of analyzers.

　　Good verbal and written English communication skills, Arabic will be a plus
