The G2G Leader will partner with the Account Management Director to establish the BU goals, objectives and initiatives. Lead the BU catch ball process and finalize leadership and BU approval of goals and objectives. Effectively communicate the goals and objectives to the team. Lead A3 development workshops to ensure transformation goals are achieved. Lead the Get 2 Grean, Goal Deployment, Initiative implementation, CIR implementation and improvement and adoption of the CORE Operating system. Support employee development and training to ensure goal completions. Lead values stream mapping and annual improvement planning.
