　　• 学习工作中主要应用的技术并对项目的整体流程及其对客户的作用进行了解• 根据业务设计文档, 完成技术文档的编写, 代码编写及单元测试. 确保交付质量达到公司和客户的要求• 在开发的过程及后期整理相关的文档，做好工作记录，并按公司规定填写相关的资料• 根据业务的需求, 快速适应不同项目角色, 例如开发工作, 测试工作, 技术支持工作,项目流程管理, SQA，运用保守项目和开发项目的分类等工作• 随时准备完成主管临时分配的对自己项目或其他项目的支持或援助工作，学会及时有效的配合他人并在必要时能够寻求到帮助

　　2023、2024届海内外本、硕毕业生（优秀者可放宽至2021、2022年毕业生）2. IT相关专业；或想从事软件行业的理工科专业3. 熟悉JAVA/.NET/ Python/SAP/Oracle/C/C++的一种或多种，有Salesforce，SAP，D365等Package开发语言基础或有实际项目实习经验的同学优先4. 大连/上海：具备良好的英语听说读写能力，日语一级相当及以上优先考虑广州：英语四级及以上并能使用粤语流利交流5. 良好的逻辑能力及快速学习能力，有志于在软件开发领域发展自己的职业生涯
