Please submit your resume and application to have your credentials reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team. / * Summary: This role will provide financial leadership and business partnership to leaders across the Hershey’s business (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) throughout the strategic planning (3 years) and annual planning process, and on a day-to-day basis. This role requires strong leadership skills and solid understanding of the P&L, as well as experience drawing valuable insights through financial analytics. This role will influence across multiple teams and across many functions to appropriately challenge assumptions, build strong business cases and ensure financial viability in decision making. The role may also manage a small team of Finance professionals with people management and talent development as a key priority. * Responsibilities:* * The individual will have responsibility for Finance business partnership across the multifunctional organization; which includes strategy development, short and long-term P/(L) management, investment optimization, along with driving delivery of financial commitments. * Develop financial modeling and conduct necessary analytics and insights creation to support decision making and operational objectives. * As applicable, lead and coach director reports to ensure high performance and bench strength of future leaders. * Qualifications:* * Required:* * BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field required. * 5-7 yrs (Mgr); 7-10 yrs (Sr Mgr) experience in financial positions * Strong financial reporting and analysis experience * Advanced in Microsoft Excel, incl. pivot tables and large data manipulation * Experience with Alteryx, Tableau or other data visualization tool(s) * Ability to work and manage deadlines (weekly and monthly) in a fast-paced environment * Preferred:* * Masters Degree * Prior CPG experience * Prior M&A experience * SAP experience * Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
