Responsibilities
Ownership of all day-to-day fund management processes, including NAV calculation, capital calls, draw-downs, redemptions and investor onboarding
Responsibility for administrative and operational topics around Luxembourg SPVs and GP structures
Regular communication with AIFM, auditor, fronting banks, depository bank and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all processes related to the funds
Management of investor requests related to administrative and reporting topics
Interaction with the tech and product management teams to continuously automate and improve processes
Handling share classes, capital account statements, new subscriptions and payment instructions for fund accounting
Execution of asset valuation models and clarification with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the collections processes for both performing and non-performing assets, prepare reporting for limited partners and support
Your Profile
University degree in accounting, finance or business administration, or a bank apprenticeship with advanced training
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position at an asset manager, financial institution, or similar
Proven track record working in fast paced operational and administrative roles
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to details, as well as strong drive and commitment
Excellent English is mandatory, German skills are a strongly preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and an open mindset
This position considers travelling to Zurich, Switzerland on a frequent basis
