The Production Associate is responsiblefor meeting departmental production, quality, and safety standards. Upontraining within the department, the Production Associate will beresponsible for independently reading and verifying the job orders andthen setting up and completing the manufacturing process. Shift Hours:9:30 pm to 6:00 am Sunday thru Thursday Duties and Responsibilities:Read and accurately understand the job order, instructions, and customerspecifications Set up and operate different types of machinery accordingto the department processes and each job\'s requirements Consistentlyevaluate product for quality, verifying departmental procedures arecompleted accurately Record defects, document quality data, and workwithin the quality management system. Immediately escalate issues to theproduction technician, management, or engineering Follow all safetytraining and procedures as directed by the Environmental, Health, andSafety (EHS) Manager, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),chemical handling (certain positions), and hazardous waste (certainpositions) Responsible for immediately reporting all accidents, nearmisses, and safety concerns Cross train on operations and equipmentwithin the area Essential Knowledge and Skills: Quality centered mindsetwith strong attention-to-detail Able to be a positive team member whilealso working independently General computer skills and ability to updateelectronic records and enter data into systems Able to stand throughouta shift and independently push, pull, or lift 25-50 pounds Able to read,write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform thejob Consistently meet attendance requirements. Willingness to workovertime, including weekends as necessary Comfortable working within amanufacturing environment that includes machinery, moving parts, andnoise Ability and willingness to cross-train in other departments,learning to operate other machinery Education and Experience: Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience: 1-2 years ofmanufacturing experience preferred, but not required Compensation andBenefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefitprograms.
