　　Work you'll do/ResponsibilitiesAs a ServiceNow Functional Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will utilize your knowledge and experience of ServiceNow to support Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting ServiceNow team. In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Supporting implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks

　　Diagnosing and resolving defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)

　　Collaborating with fellow functional teams, developers, and testers in an agile development environment

　　Working with Government Product Owners to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design

　　Qualifications Required

　　1+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience

　　1+ years of experience in Bootstrap, Angular JS, Microsoft PL/SQL, API, Cascading Style Sheets, HTML5, JavaScript, Agile Software Development Methodology

　　Must have expertise in back end, server-side API's, integrations, client-side JavaScript, and databases

　　Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

　　Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance is required

　　Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year

　　Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area

　　Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

　　Preferred

　　Professional oral and written communication skills

　　Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

　　Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

　　Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)

　　Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs

　　Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
