We are looking for an accounting professional who is able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and is self-driven and organized. Our client is in current pursuit for a qualified Full Charge Bookkeeper in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. This role is with a company in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. In this Full Charge Bookkeeper position, you will regulate journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The Full Charge Bookkeeper can also be responsible for the clerical staff. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Mukilteo, Washington area. Key responsibilities
Clarify business license and gross receipts
Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Provide cash flow projections, as needed
Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation
Execute cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
Handle monthly accounting close
Organize subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Enter budget transfers
Other unique projects when they come up
Familiar with Accounts Receivable
Enter Accounts Payable
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.

Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
Foundational knowledge in Job Cost
Solid understanding of procurement
Process Improvement experience required
Skills in Invoice Processing
Proven knowledge of Leadership Skills
Experience with US GAAP
Wide ranging experience with general ledger
WIP - Work In Progress experience
Earlier work involving Prepare Financial Statements
Previous experience working with budgeting
Quality experience with payroll
Practical knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Solid understanding of Cost Allocation
Proficiency in Construction Industry
Good understanding of Analyze Financial Statements
Prior experience with Manage Vendor Relationships
Solid understanding of Business management
Comprehension of Monitor Expenditures
General familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
Full charge bookkeeping experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of Full Cycle Accounting
Strong familiarity with contract administration
Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
Crucial accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredHighly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
