Description

　　A Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative role has become available with one of our clients. You will monitor audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, and financial statement preparation as the Full Charge Bookkeeper. Self-driven and organized accounting professionals might be interested in this Bookkeeper role if they thrive under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Fairfield, California area.

　　What you get to do every single day

　　Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Update Accounts Payable

　　Complete cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

　　Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Other unique projects when they come up

　　File cash flow projections, as needed

　　Lead Accounts Receivable

　　Outline business license and gross receipts

　　Guide monthly accounting close

　　Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　List budget transfers

　　Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Requirements

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Great attention to detail

　　Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　5+ years of related experienceProven knowledge of order entry

　　Customer Support experience highly desired

　　High-Volume Invoicing experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger

　　Strong familiarity with journal entries
