We are looking for accounting professionals who are accomplished and organized. A Full Charge Bookkeeper has become available with one of our clients. You will monitor audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, and financial statement preparation as the Full Charge Bookkeeper. The clerical staff will report back to the Full Charge Bookkeeper. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Glendora, California area. Apply for this role today!

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Generate cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

　　Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Catalog budget transfers

　　Categorize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Accounts Receivable

　　Extra unique tasks if required

　　Report business license and gross receipts

　　Manage monthly accounting close

　　Capable in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Complete Accounts Payable

　　Arrange cash flow projections, as needed Requirements - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

　　5+ years of related experience- Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skillsStrong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredQuickbooks Online experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of full charge bookkeeping

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized
