Position Summary Exciting opportunity to be a part of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy! In the Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you will work in a fulfillment capacity to ensure that our patients receive life sustaining specialty drug therapy.The Supervisor of Operations will be supervising the pharmacy fulfillment functions including dispensing operations and inventory control. The fulfillment center processes approximately 8,000 orders/packages daily. The supervisor will work with three peer supervisors all reporting up to the operations Manager. They will work in a climate controlled facility and have leadership development opportunities and collaborations.
The Supervisor of Operations responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Ensuring the production and quality goals are maintained daily.• Manage the timely movement of staff within the pharmacy to ensure prescriptions are Processed, Packed, and Shipped efficiently.• Assist with development and training of colleagues to ensure a high-performing team.• Perform audits to ensure standards are met within the business organization as well as prioritize and monitor workflows, addressing related issues as appropriate to achieve pharmacy production objectives.• Responsible for tracking and root cause analysis of efficiency and quality measures, primarily, but not limited to automated packing equipment.• Assist in development and implementation of strategies and Standard Operating Procedures.• Assist in acclimating new staff to existing equipment and all colleagues to new technology.• Provide leadership and direction by establishing clear expectations, communicating specific performance feedback and giving timely and thorough performance reviews.• Collaborate with the materials department and other areas of the business both internal and external to meet defined customer and client expectations. 1+ years of experience working with production andwarehouse operations- 1+ years of direct supervisory or leadership of a team experience in a related environment

-Ability to work weekly rotating shifts (1st-4th) Monday -Friday. Hours of business are M-Th 6am-11:30pm and Fridays 7am-8pm.
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to obtain a pharmacy technician license (there is an application fee) -Supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical and/or production related environment- Operations and Automation experience- Experience in a high intensity, fast paced productionenvironment- Excellent communication, organizational, andinterpersonal skills- Basic Six Sigma and/or Lean management knowledge- Continuous improvement and quality centric focus- Customer service orientation to ensure patients’ needs- MS Office Suite proficiency- 1 Year Inventory Control/Warehouse experience- Cycle Counting Experience – Understanding/Resolving outstanding Cycle Counts- Receiving, Replenishment, Put Away, Stocking, Returns Processing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management preferred Education- Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $97,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
