　　BASIC PURPOSE : Analyze and audit fuel purchases and sales by loads nationwide to ensure accuracy and completeness on each. Communicate with other departments, stores, and 3rd party suppliers and customers to obtain information needed to verify data on fuel loads. Balance fuel inventory by product and location.

　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Balance fuel inventory

　　Review detail on fuel loads verify its accuracy

　　Audit and distribute reports

　　Communicate with various internal departments and external contacts to obtain all necessary detail needed to ensure data on fuel loads is accurate

　　Other duties assigned as needed.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Education:

　　HS Diploma or equivalent required

　　Some college preferred

　　Experience:

　　2 years of accounting, accounts payable or inventory experience preferred

　　SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

　　Skills:

　　Hard skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, RightAngle and/or FuelSmart experience is a plus

　　Soft Skills: Excellent, verbal and written communication skills, detail orientated, ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, self motivated, and a team player

　　Typical Physical Demands:

　　Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

　　Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

　　Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

　　Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
