Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a FT Sales Supervisor to join its Fashion Valley location in San Diego, California 

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.

　　Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor

　　Drive your own percentage of sales

　　Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed 

　　Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager 

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　2+ years retail experience

　　Excellent organization skills

　　Customer service skills

　　Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

　　The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $21 per hour plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
