This pivotal role requires someone who will serve as the welcoming face of our Vignette Hotel , ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive.
This position requires an individual who will lead the front office team, overseeing daily operations and embodying the welcoming spirit of our Vignette Hotel. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will not only be responsible for managing transactions and providing local insights but also for creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in every location throughout the hotel.
A little of your day-to-day:
Lead and motivate the front office team, ensuring a high level of IHG service and standards are implemented.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and make informed decisions to enhance the guest experience.
Represent the IHG brand professionally, taking pride in personal appearance and acting as a brand ambassador.
Stay informed about daily schedules, events, and activities, providing guests with relevant information.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading Front office roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the front office team and engage with guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by the front office schedule.
Familiarity with IHG or adherence to international hospitality standards is preferred.
